We’re sure that you’ll love our WordPress Survey plugin, but, if for some reason, you’re not satisfied in the first 30 days of using our product, there is a money-back guarantee and we’ll issue a refund
Hello team,
we would like to buy the Developer edition of Survey Maker plugin, and we would like to know if there is the possibility to set the expiration date for the cookie, in order to allow the same user to fill the survey again after a set period of time, and not before.
Dear Ian,
Thank you for the comment.
I want to mention that the Survey Maker plugin has the Maximum number of attempts per user option, with the help of which, you can manage the attempts count per user for taking the survey.
You can set “by Cookie” as a method of detection of the users.
See the screenshot: https://ibb.co/zFJK0pk
So, you can detect the users by their browser cookies and limit them. It will work both for guests and registered users.
However, there is no way for adding the expiration date special for a cookie.
You can set the maximum attempts and after passing the given attempts the users will not be able to take the survey.
Thank you.
Hello support team,
I’m working as It support into my company.
I need to find a replacement for our community surveys plugin for joomla used on our old site with Joomla CMS.
We currently have a new website with WordPress, but i’m not sure this survey plugin can do the same than community surveys does.
I’m ok to pay for a pro version, but is there a way to have access to a full demo of the pro version before buying it ?
I really need to be sure, as we can’t waste time by buying something and ask for a refund after that.
Let me know what it’s possible
Thanks by advance

Dears, thanks for the amazing plugin. I just have one question which is related to my use case: Can I send the answers of the survey to another 3rd party integration after the survey is done? I am integrating this survey with Zoho CRM, and my client requires that. Any idea if this is possible ?
Dear Taha,
Thank you for the comment.
At the moment the Survey Maker plugin has the following integrations:
You can make use of the Zapier Integration.
It allows connecting two systems and managing data transfer from one system to another.
The data of your survey submissions are sent to Zapier, where they are placed in the corresponding file.
For more information, you can check this article: https://ays-pro.com/instructions-for-survey-maker-plugin-integrations
Hello, So far I can see the results being displayed are only for particular users. Can I be able to get overall results for all users. Example each user is returning a number on a quiz of somebody’s performance. What do i do if i want an overall performance of all the people who’s results were captured?
Dear Robinson,
Thank you for the comment.
As far as I understand you want to display all the submissions of the particular survey.
The case you are describing (when only the particular user’s result is being displayed after the survey completion) can occur only if you have ticked the “Show only current user results” suboption for the “Show summary after submission” option.
In order to achieve your desired result, you can go to the Surveys > particular survey > Results Settings tab and tick the Show summary after submission option.
In case you have enabled the Show only current user results suboption as well, please untick it to achieve your desired result.
See the screenshot: https://ibb.co/M8CRfFX
By this, you can show the data presented in the Summary tab(Results page) after a respondent submits the survey. It includes the total number of submissions and observation of the votes of every question displayed in charts.
Thank you.
Hi Monica, thanks. I see its a version PRO feature. 🙂 Any way to do it with the free version?
