Hi,
I have 2 questions please:
1) Is it possible to have a survey in different languages with Survey Maker? Or would it be compatible with WPML for translation?
2) Is it possible to “bulk export” in PDF responses from all respondents to a survey (i.e. 1 PDF file/respondent)?
Thank you very much!
Dear Dominique,
Thank you for the comment.
Please find the answers to your questions below:
1. I want to mention, that the Survey Maker plugin is developed fully translatable, so you can use any language translation plugin and it will work fine!
For the multilingual translation, you will need to make use of the Multilingual plugin functionalities, that depend on that plugin itself.
You can check out the following article to find the one that will fit your needs:
https://www.wpbeginner.com/showcase/9-best-translation-plugins-for-wordpress-websites/
2. At the moment, the plugin is designed in a way, that you can export all the submissions of the particular survey to XLSX.
As to the Individual submissions of the particular survey, you can export them to PDF, XLSX, and CSV file formats.
In order to do this, you can go to the Survey Maker plugin > Submissions page > Individual tab.

Thank you.
Hi, your pro plugin supports conditional e-mail to users? I would like to send different messages to them on the basis of the result count, with pre-defined messages.
Dear Davide Ellis,
Thank you for the comment.
I want to mention, that the Survey Maker plugin is not based on points/scores.
This plugin is mostly intended for informative purposes. Via this plugin, you can make surveys and learn more about your target audience.
By the way, the functionality you are now referring to is available in the Quiz Maker plugin.
The plugin has the Intervals functionality (Quizzes > particular quiz > Results Settings tab).
You can set different messages based on the user’s score. The message will be displayed on the result page of the quiz.
Also, you can send the Interval message to the users after the quiz by going to the Email&Certificate tab and ticking the Send interval message to user option.
You can check out these useful links for further information about the Quiz Maker plugin:

Bonjour
Thank you for the comment.
I would like to mention that your described functionality mostly describes our Quiz Maker plugin.
You can achieve what you want with the Intervals functionality of the Quiz Maker plugin.
You can go to the Quizzes > particular quiz > Results Settings tab > Intervals.
Then type the text you want to display to the users in the Interval message textarea and assign values to Min and Max fields by points.
See the screenshot: https://ibb.co/hKwBmBp
After that, the particular text will be displayed depending on the score the user has got for the quiz.
Thank you.
Can I display a percentage score after the end of the survey? I presently use your quiz marker plugin but doesn’t have “You see this question, because you answered” feature. How does the final page look like? Can I display the result page based on the survey score or nothing like that
Dear Michael Adewusi,
Thank you for the comment.
As far as I can understand, you are referring to the Quiz Maker plugin.
If yes, you can achieve what you want with the Intervals functionality (Quiz Maker plugin > Results Settings tab) which is available only on the PRO version.
The particular text will be displayed according to the score the user got for the quiz.
Regarding the Survey Maker plugin, it is mostly intended for collecting information and doesn’t have a scoring system.
Regarding the text “You see this question, because you answered”, it is created via the Survey Maker plugin Logic Jump functionality. If this option is enabled, survey takers will go to sections based on their previous answers. The text is written just as an example.
Thank you!
Is it possible to pass a parameter to the shortcode when invoking the survey? Our club features guest speakers and we have a standard survey we use after each presentation. It would be nice to know which speaker the responses are related to.
For example, it would be nice to invoke the survey as follows: [ays_survey id="1" speaker="John Smith"] so that when the user sees the survey the Speaker Name has been inserted into the survey and then when we get the submissions, we can see which responses were related to speaker John Smith, Jane Doe, etc.
Dear Roger,
Thank you for your comment.
Unfortunately, the plugin does not have that kind of feature available.
But, I would like to mention that there is a duplicate functionality.
Thank you!
Hi,
Can the Survey maker have a description page as well, like Quiz maker has.
Hi Dear Steve,
Thank you for the comment.
Yes! You need to go Surveys>each survey>Settings>Enable start page, tick the checkbox.
After that, a new tab will appear in between Styles and Settings called Start page. Here you can add title, description, and style the page the way you wish.
The start page will be shown to the survey takers before displaying the survey.
Thank you.
Hi
I like to know can you insert video into each question?
Thanks
George
Hi George,
Thank you for the comment!
Yes, you can! You need to open the WP Editor in questions and put your video there.
Thank you.

Hey, how can I limit the user attempts? I need every user to take the survey only 1 time.
Hi Dear Lucas,
Thank you for your comment.
To do so, please go to the Limitation Users tab of the plugin, then enable the Maximum number of attempts per user and choose your preferred number at Attempts count.
Thank you.
