    is it possible to assign a score to a multiple option type question. For example Answer 1 = 4 points , answer 2 = 3 pints, etc.

      You can’t assign points in the Survey Maker plugin.

    Hi, can we redirect the user to a new page instead of a thankyou message. Also, Can we access the user submitted data to show it in a custom format in the redirected page?

      There is an option that allows redirecting after the survey is submitted.

      As it redirects to another page, the current user’s data is not saving. That is why, I can suggest you show all users’ submissions, which can be done using the Display survey summary shortcode.
